okies..back to blogging..been busy with gymming most of the time..tomorrow i gotta go play badminton with Anand...some gay shit going on between me n him..anyway, I must say that the holidays are shaping up to be a nice one..unlike the 1st week, where I had so many things..

yesterday watched She's the Man..Amanda Bynes is so hot..hot like hell..I think Im gonna change my wife ah,from Vanessa Anne Hudgens to Amanda..hmm..had a heart to heart talk with my dear Khairul..again,some gay shit going on here..talked about life..then with Hafizah..no gay shit going on here..she's a gerl..so yeah..n dun worry about it aite..I have no hard feelings...

today at the gym,was kinda fun..and last Thursday,I had a fall..in front of my neighbour at the stairs leading to my house..wow..malu and paiseh like hell sia..hmm..

anyway,something interesting ah to just point out..
Injured body parts:list of the parts I have hurt before...

-Ear:Cut it when attempting a dangerous stunt(rolling down the stairs)
-Head: when I was 3, I banged into the kitchen cabinet..had 3-4 stitches..Partly botak...
-Thumb:sprained it TWICE..once when attempting a stupid thing..the other when I and Lex played around..
-Ankle:sprained it..soccer..
-Shoulder:tore the muscle there..very sore..8 months ago..Now I think its happening again...
-Lower Back:nearly a slipped disc..didnt know I had that condition and yet I trained on it for 1 year..just realised that it was bad..
-Elbow:lousy doctor said that I had a hairline fracture but I feel fine..cheater...
-Knee: 2-3 years ago,I had to stop running..cos my knee gave way once I was running..and when I pray usually there is this taut feeling and then I would cringe in pain when the ligaments kinda "twist" around one another...
-Heart: when I was young,I had an operation for a hole in my heart..not many people know this,but Im ok now..

yup..something to let u guys know..ok then..till here..
